Boutique Joya is an independent jewelry studio based in Aspe, Alicante, Spain. Each piece is crafted with care, inspected by hand, and shipped directly from our atelier. By placing an order on boutiquejoya.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Orders & Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Engravable and personalized items may require additional time depending on complexity.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched.

 

3. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from Spain using trusted carriers.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and range from 3–10 business days for most regions.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Boutique Joya is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Jewelry must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

5. Warranty & Repairs

We offer a 6‑month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or plating wear

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

Repairs outside the warranty period can be requested for a fee. Contact us for an assessment.

 

6. Product Care

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.

  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.

7. Engraving & Personalization

Engraved items are made to order and require additional processing time. Because these pieces are customized, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

8. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

  • Boutique Joya reserves the right to update prices at any time.
